Automatic PDF finding

When you enter the Full-Text stage, Oryn automatically searches for open-access PDFs across multiple academic repositories. No setup required; it runs automatically.

What you'll see

• A progress indicator showing how many PDFs have been found
• Papers are grouped into: PDF found, Not found, and Manual upload needed

Uploading PDFs manually

For papers where no open-access PDF was found:

1. Click the Upload button next to the paper

2. Drag and drop or browse for the PDF file

3. Oryn matches it to the correct paper automatically

Tip

Institutional access (e.g., university library) often gives you access to papers Oryn can't find as open access. Download those PDFs and upload them manually.
