Supported File Formats

Oryn supports the following import formats:

RIS (.ris)

The most common format exported by academic databases. Supported by PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Embase, and most other databases.

CSV (.csv)

Comma-separated values with headers. Must include at minimum: title and abstract columns.

PubMed XML

Native PubMed export format. Use "Save" → "All results" → "XML" from PubMed.

EndNote XML (.xml)

Export from EndNote libraries in XML format.

Tips

• You can import from multiple databases, and Oryn will deduplicate automatically
• Maximum file size: 50MB per file
• There's no limit on the number of files you can import per project
