How to reach us

As a pilot user, you have direct access to the founder for any questions or issues.

In-app chat (fastest for quick questions)

Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page. Our AI assistant can answer common questions instantly. If it cannot help, your message is escalated to a human.

Email

Send detailed bug reports or feature requests to admin@useoryn.com. Include:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • A screenshot if possible
  • Your browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge)

What to include in a bug report

1. What page you were on (Dashboard, Import, Screening, etc.)

2. What you clicked or did before the error

3. Any error message you saw

4. Whether you can still use the app or are completely blocked
